Hi! I’m Holly, I’m so happy you found Sunbird.

My goal is to work closely together to tell your beautiful story, capture your authenticity and rawness and create magic and beauty.

Mother’s Day Minis (50% sold out)

This Mother’s Day, I’m offering a limited number of mini photography sessions in collaboration with Rooted Family Wellness Center in support of Flora’s Walk—a national movement working to improve perinatal mental health care across Canada.

These 15-minute sessions are designed to capture the beauty of motherhood while raising awareness and funds for mental health support programs for families.

    I absolutely loved working with Holly as she helped me bring my branding vision to life for my coaching business!!! Her portfolio immediately spoke to me on a deeper level and within moments of seeing her work, I knew I wanted to work with her.     We decided with our adult "kids" that it was important to capture photos of our family together as they venture out into the world. Holly is a true artist and was able to really "see" the truest essence of our family as we are. We now have memories of how we laugh together and love each other to look back upon again and again.     Photos taken at one of our winter solstice ceremonies at our home with Sunbird Photography was such a warm and fun experience for me and my guests. We did a freestyle photo session outside at sunset and then moved it all inside during a potluck / my guests slipped into a photo room for cool black and white headshots making solemn faces sometimes and once again Holly created just the right balance of safety and ease for each guest. As a host, I recommend the photo studio space in a side room to dinner - it really gives your guests who may not know one another a common topic to talk and laugh and be a bit vulnerable with… the photos are then sent only to the person photographed.
