Sunbird Studio agrees to provide his wedding day photography service for the Bride and Groom for the above price. This price will include full day coverage, a digital album of at least 500 full resolution, professionally processed jpg files. A non refundable deposit of $1000 is required in order to hold the day.

Payment Details *

Deposit is required upon validation of the contract and must be a minimum of $1000 paid via credit card payment on www.sunbirdstudio.ca or e-transfer. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks prior to the wedding date. Albums can be created and ordered upon request and will carry additional charges. Address for e-transfers is "photo.sunbird@gmail.com'

Coverage/ Travel Time *

No additional travel time or mileage will be added, the price agreed upon covers the photographer for all travel associated with getting to and from the event. The photographer agrees to provide his photographic services for the duration of the wedding day (12 hours max). The bride and groom agree to provide food and beverages to the photographer throughout the day including a full dinner.

Delivery of Images *

Delivery of the images can be expected 3-6 weeks after the wedding date. Google Drive account provided containing two folders. One folder contains the full resolution, watermark free images as a hand selected photographic retelling of your day. The second folder will contain web resolution watermark free copies, the smaller size makes it easier to share, email, etc. Image copies provided are the bride and grooms to freely deliver, print or share. Images that have missed focus, incorrect exposure or other flaws will not be included in final delivery. Bride and Groom are not permitted to sell, advertise or utilize commercially for monetary gain any photograph provided from the wedding day. They may be freely shared with blogs and other online platforms with proper photo credit given. Sunbird Studio agrees to store and hold the final image copies on Google Drive for 1 year following the wedding. Bride and Groom are responsible for maintaining their own copy after that. NOTE: I keep backups of all photos I've ever taken, this is just for the online copies.

Sharing/ Privacy *

By default, the photographer may use select images for promotional purposes, competition, website or advertising freely. I typically post my favourite 5-10 images from the day on Instagram, and around 25-50 per wedding on my website. That said, I always try to use photos that I find to be the most complimentary or flattering to the couple and their families. The bride and groom may also choose to keep individual images, groups of images or full days worth of images private. Once images have been delivered the Bride and Groom have up to 30 days to review and submit requests, via email explaining which images they would like to keep private. All such requests will be honoured by the photographer.
